March 1st is just around the corner, which means the U-S and China are supposed to reach a trade deal – before the U-S imposes another round of tariff increases on Chinese goods coming into the United States. Back in December of 2018, both countries agreed to halt new tariffs for 90-days in order to allow time for negotiations.
