Brian Rouff was born in Detroit, raised in Southern California and has lived in Las Vegas since 1981, which makes him a long-timer by local standards. A UCLA graduate with a B.A. in Communication Studies and a minor in Journalism, he opened his first Southern Nevada-based marketing/PR firm in 1987 and has since provided numerous clients with an array of professional services to help them achieve their goals.
