Kylie then brings back “Places Kylie Has *Some* Business Being” to relive her insane experience at the Eagles game with Hannah Einbinder and explain the backstory on her superstitious decision to face away from the field at the end of the game (3:15).
Then, in Doomscroll of the Week, Kylie weighs in on older generations calling out high schoolers’ homecoming dresses this year and reminisces on the best (& worst) of millennial fashion (7:40). She’s also inspired by a TikTok of an NFL fan’s girlfriend shouting “squeeze it!” during a game to then come up with even more nonsense phrases the Real Ones can test out (12:10)!
After that, in response to the viral potty training clip from The Other Podcast, Kylie gives her take on potty training in the Kelce household (19:14) and also tells a hilarious bathroom story involving Bennie in a new edition of “You Know What’s F*cked Up?” (15:12)
Kylie is then joined by comedian, actor and TikTok sensation Caleb Hearon (22:30)! Caleb talks about the reactions he received from Kylie mentioning his podcast on NGL and the two bond over their mutual love for each other’s work.

Then, Caleb tells Kylie about what it’s like performing in Philly and also issues an apology to his Philly based fans (35:10). This leads them into talking about their Chiefs-Eagles rivalry and their favorite Chiefs players of all time (38:01). Shout out Uncle Trav. Caleb also pitches Kylie on his idea for a brand new NFL broadcast to get reality TV fans interested in the game (45:15).
Kylie also asks Caleb about the viral TikTok story he told about Cooper and the cologne (50:13), as well as what it’s like to have his mom on his podcast in a special Doomscroll: Caleb Edition (53:35). Lastly, Caleb tells Kylie about acting opposite Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway in The Devil Wears Prada 2 (56:10).

Kylie’s back for a brand new episode of Not Gonna Lie presented by Visible and starts things off with an announcement about the Real Ones teacher wishlists (1:30)! Then, after seeing some of the various NFL team spouses’ posts of their kickoff parties this past weekend, Kylie reminisces on her days as an “active” Eagles wife and the events she would put on for the community of women in Philadelphia. Kylie talks about the first ladies’ event she went to when she first started dating Jason and also reveals her own “Welcome to the NFL” moment (7:35).
After that, in Doomscroll of the Week, Kylie explains the difference between “Me Time” and “Nobody Needs Me” Time in her home (11:43). She also found herself on jumping spider TikTok recently which inspires a segment about how dealing with spiders and insects works in the Kelce household (14:16).

Kylie's back with a brand new SOLO episode of Not Gonna Lie, presented by ZipRecruiter, kicking off back-to-school season and the start of the NFL! Real Ones, the Birds are officially BACK (!!!) so go grab your wooden spoons!
In this week’s edition of “You Know What’s F**ked Up?” Kylie reacts to Wyatt starting kindergarten (2:57). She debates if she will cry after her first drop off or not, but realizes Wyatt has officially broken the Kelce legacy of getting kicked out of preschool like Jason and Travis.
After that, Kylie goes all in on the 2025 Philadelphia Eagles in “Can I Be Honest?” before their first game against the Cowboys in the NFL Season opener. She gives her best “predictions” for game day traditions without being a jinx (5:57).

Even further, Kylie gets honest about sending kids back-to-school, and back-to-school shopping (28:03). Then she encourages all teachers to send in a video of their wishlists with the link to @nglwithkylie for a chance for their lists to be fulfilled, and even featured on the show (30:28).
Finally, Kylie in back to school fashion does an “Animal Nerd Pop Quiz” to test her knowledge of all animal facts (40:59). She even realizes that Queen Emma has a favorite letter for the correct answer, and truly proves her animal intelligence.
