Remy Ndiaye: Miami Heat Player Development Specialist (EP 78)

Andrew attended the Business of Basketball Immersive Experience in 2022 as a Media and Broadcasting Major and is very excited to kick off another alumni series.Today Andrew sits down with Remy Ndiaye, Assistant Video Coordinator and Player Development Specialist for the Miami Heat. A native of Dakar, Senegal, Remy came to the United States as a part of the Sports for Education and Economic Development (SEEDS) program in Senegal from 2005 to 2008. After graduating from Lake Forest Academy high school in 2010, Remy attended college at Dallas Baptist University (DBU). With over 25 years of broadcast experience, Meyers joined the New Orleans Pelicans after spending six seasons with Los Angeles Lakers as their TV play-by-play announcer (2005-11) and two seasons as the team’s radio play-by-play announcer (2003-2005). Joel earned two Emmy awards during his time as the Lakers’ TV play-by-play announcer and served four years working as the voice of the San Antonio Spurs’ television broadcast before heading to Los Angeles.
