Every single thing that human beings do has two components to it. It has a cause and effect component, and a meaning component. If something happens that causes something else in our mind and we assign a meaning, that structure is the underlying structure of all narratives.
To slow the loss of memory in the elderly, have them engage and experience more fun and joy. Most people who are losing their memory are not doing anything interesting or exciting. Their brains aren't engaged. They're not moving.

I think imposter syndrome, everybody has it. But I think it's also relative to the people you're surrounded with. When you're surrounded by your peers, you always feel like maybe you're just not quite as good as the people that you should. Whereas when you're around people who have no level of ability that you have, do you still feel like an imposter?
Every single thing that we do to affect change or anything else can be used to affect change on imposter syndrome. At the end of the day, everyone on the planet has some level of imposter syndrome at some time. You just have to realize that everybody thinks that way at some point.
