He obsesses about pressure and its impact on human dynamics and derives a sense of purpose from helping leaders not transform but find common ground and make practical shifts in behavior where it really counts. Stephen is the Founder and Showrunner of Hiddn, Co-Founder of Align Collective, and host of the Spare Me podcast.
