Justice includes perpetrators of injustice being held accountable, and the vulnerable and marginalized being comforted, cared for and restored. Grief Darrell Johnson October 4, 2020 Genesis 2:4-3:24 Grief. We feel it everywhere. We hear it everywhere. Some might say it is the dominant note of this season. And what we need is a story that makes sense of our grief; a story that doesn’t dismiss our sorrow but, rather, helps us move through it with a measure of joy, providing the strength we need to keep going. On Sunday we were reminded that there is such a story; a story about a Someone who not only helps us understand our grief, but meets us in the middle of it, giving us hope, healing and new life!
