Religious freedom is under attack in Minnesota. The general counsel of True North Legal, Renee Carlson, joins host Joseph Backholm to tell her story of how she and many others protected and reestablished religious freedom in Minnesota. The Minnesotan government is currently in complete control by the democratic party. Renee and colleagues noticed that the freedom of religion was essentially removed in recent MN state legislation. Sometimes reality can be stranger than fiction, but not when taking psychedelic drugs. Before the Republican National Convention last week, a large group of delegates met to discuss what the Republican party stood far, ie: the party’s platform. Delegates meet every four years, except in 2020 due to COVID-19, to discuss the platform and vote on any amendments. This year’s committee was quite different compared to years past.
