I Became a dad for the first time on Tuesday of this past week. It was an amazing experience, in this short Friday Freestyle episode, I talk about what that was like and also how its shifted perspective for me.

On September 26th 2018, the fitness world lost a legend: Charles Poliquin. That same day I was supposed to interview him, needless to say, that did not happen. I learned a very valuable lesson that day and I want to share that with you.
