Sarah is still obsessing about predator animals. She has developed a real affinity for polar bears and thinks lion dads are really not pulling their weight. They have manes and a roar, and that's about it. They're all hype! But it was great to hear that according to her, cats are great and dogs are "nasty." We learn why Gen Z does not want to be criticized at work and they don't even want "feedback," so now managers are reframing the messages by calling it "feedfoward." After we lost our minds about how stupid this is, we discuss how they say it's because they don't want to live in the past, but Susie points out that this is hypocritical since all they ever want to talk about is their past "trauma."
