He's an ordained minister in the PCA (Presbyterian Church in America) and taught at Belhaven College for 5 years, and at RTS since 2007. His research interests is in the Pauline Epistles, the Greek New Testament, Synoptic Gospels, and Reformed Covenant Theology. He's written numerous books, including books on Justification, Federal Vision and Covenant Theology, and How Jesus Runs the Church.

His interests are in systematic theology, biblical studies, ethics, and political/legal theory. Dr. Michael Horton is the J. Gresham Machen Professor of Systematic Theology and Apologetics at Westminster Seminary California in Escondido, CA. He's an ordained minister in the URC (United Reformed Churches), has been a pastor in varying capacities in the URC since the 1990's, and has been teaching at Westminster since 1998. Dr. Horton is a prolific author, authoring well over 30 books and many more articles for both the academy and the larger church body. He is the founder of the White Horse Inn podcast, Editor-In-Chief of the Modern Reformation magazine, and helped start the Core Christianity podcast as well. Dr. Horton's research interests are in apologetics relating to the modern church and ancient heresies, the doctrine of God, and bringing theology to the person in the pew.
