welcome to episode 6!!! this week we had friend of the podcast Harvey Nelson on the show! Harvey is a very cool guy that is just awesome to be around and chat with, so it was great to be able to have him on. He is recently coming off his marathon debut at Boston, where he ran 2:14 (with a 70 second toilet break!!!) and was 18th overall and 5th American. he also has a 61:46 half marathon to his name! he lives and trains still in Flagstaff, AZ, and works as an online coach for "McKirdy Trained". we go through lots of interesting NAU talk as George and Harv catch up and reflect on creating a dynasty, with lots of interesting tidbits along the way. hope you guys enjoy! insta: https://www.instagram.com/morganmcdon... welcome to episode 5!!! this week we are very lucky to have on Leah Falland - an incredibly well spoken lady who also happens to be our teammate at OAC. this is coming off a year where she ran her first PB in the steeplechase since 2016 and has set herself up for many successful years to come. the episode takes on a more "interview" style start rather then our usual nonsense, but I think that it is very enjoyable nonetheless. we cover a bunch of interesting topics, and get around to answering a few of the Q&A questions. thank you to everyone who sent some in and keep them coming! we hope to continue to answer them each week. hope you guys enjoy!
