Holly is a children's book author, illustrator and digital marketer who has written a number of books for children on the topics of mental health and neurodiversity. Her books on ADHD include author A Book About ADHD and Marley and the Monkey (A picture book about ADHD).Holly graduated from Cardiff University with a degree in English Literature and worked in bookselling before moving into writing. To celebrate Black History Month which is being marked in USA, Archie and Dr Mueller discuss about the impact of ADHD in marginalised communities with a particular focus on black and minoritiy ethnic groups.Dr Mueller is orginally from USA and moved to Europe in the mid 90s. She speaks candidly about some of the challenges she has faced as a black woman working in the mental health field as a Psychologist and Counsellor and her journey to being diagnosed with Adult ADHD. Dr Mueller also shares her personal story of raising a young son of colour with ADHD in USA and some of the challenges she encountered at the time.
