Holly is a children's book author, illustrator and digital marketer who has written a number of books for children on the topics of mental health and neurodiversity. Her books on ADHD include author A Book About ADHD and Marley and the Monkey (A picture book about ADHD).Holly graduated from Cardiff University with a degree in English Literature and worked in bookselling before moving into writing. She speaks candidly about some of the challenges she has faced as a black woman working in the mental health field as a Psychologist and Counsellor and her journey to being diagnosed with Adult ADHD. Dr Mueller also shares her personal story of raising a young son of colour with ADHD in USA and some of the challenges she encountered at the time.

Episode 15 - Discussing all things ADHD with Professor Russell Barkley

This week Archie is joined by a very special guest Professor Russell Barkley and discuss all things ADHD. Dr Barkley is well known in the field of ADHD and has devoted much of his scientific career to studying ADHD and related fields. Dr Barkley recently retired from his position as a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry. Professor Barkley has been involved in research since 1973 and a licenced Clinical Psychologist since 1977. He is also a renowned author and has published a number of books, rating scales and clinical manuals. He has also published more than 280 scientific articles and book chapters related to the nature, assessment and treatment of ADHD and related disorders.
