Do you ever find yourself overthinking and overanalyzing, to the point where you can't even get anything done? Girl, same. In this video, I talk about how perfectionism is keeping us stuck, and in order to learn, we have to start doing. This means putting stuff out there that's messy, not fully formed, and half-baked -- but allowing ourselves to exist in these in between states and therefore being ALIVE and growing. I'll be honest, I've been frustrated with the pace of growth on Substack. It's slow. It's article after article, often landing with a quiet thud. For 2026, I'm doing things differently. I'm going to try writing a Substack that can be turned into multi-part video content, so that I can be my own promotion engine.
