3441 Embrace the Hurdles

When the hours of our day often lead the heart of passion to stray, we must not forget that the darkest moments come before dawn. So fear not your circumstances, but embrace the hurdles as pebbles of hope. Challenges often overshadow our aspirations and crush our dreams. Our days seem more like the dark nights where hope can't be seen as easily. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co The weight of our worries can feel heavier than the strength in our bones. It's important to remember that every struggle is a stepping stone on the journey to greatness. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness!" ~ Kristianne Wargo Life's challenges are not meant to break you, but to mold you into a warrior of resilience and a believer in the power of our own spirit. When the storm clouds gather above, casting shadows on your dreams, remember these wise words from the legendary Maya Angelou: "You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated." Each setback is an opportunity for a comeback, a chance to rise stronger and more determined than before. Embrace the hurdles that come your way, for they are the sparks that ignite the fire within you each and every day. The K.I.S.S. ~ Embrace the hurdles! So, when you are experiencing moments of doubt and despair, and the road ahead seems long and arduous, take comfort in the words of the esteemed Helen Keller: "Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of the overcoming of it." You are not alone in your struggles; you are a beacon of light in a world that sometimes feels covered by the shadows of darkness. "In the silence of your soul lies the strength to conquer any struggle." ~ Kristianne Wargo Your inner reservoir of courage and determination knows no bounds; tap into it, draw from it, and let it guide you through even the stormiest of seas. When the weight of the world threatens to overwhelm you, stand tall and face it head-on. With each new day comes a fresh opportunity to embrace the challenges, rise above the obstacles, and greet the world with a smile that speaks volumes of your indomitable spirit. The journey may be tough, but the destination is worth every uphill battle. Remember, the brightest stars shine in the darkest skies. Let your light illuminate the path ahead, and let your heart be the compass that guides you toward a future filled with endless possibilities. Embrace the hurdles, for they are the stepping stones on the path to your greatness. "Be present. Be incredible. 3440 The Rhythm of Comfort

When it comes to healthy living, how much do you really want it? From traveling to life's challenges to unexplainable situations, who wants to do anything different but hang out in the rhythm of comfort? And then you wonder why. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co You know-- the allure of comfort can be irresistibly tempting. Whether it's indulging in familiar foods, staying within our routine, or avoiding challenges that push us out of our cozy bubble, the rhythm of comfort often dictates our choices. But is this reliance on comfort hindering our pursuit of a healthier lifestyle? Because the rhythm of comfort is something that does just that-- it provides comfort when nothing else does. Why do you think you eat certain things or drink certain liquids? Most of it comes from comfort. "Comfort is like a warm blanket on a cold night—it soothes us and provides a sense of security. However, true transformation lies beyond the confines of our comfort zone." ~ Kristianne Wargo The K.I.S.S. ~ Wrap yourself up in the blanket of change! To break free from the seductive grasp of comfort, consider these three actionable steps: 1. Embrace Change: Stepping out of your comfort zone often means embracing change, no matter how daunting it may seem. Instead of sticking to the same workout routine, challenge yourself to try a new fitness class or outdoor activity. For instance, swapping your morning jog for a pilates session can introduce a fresh element of excitement and wellness into your routine. "Change is the catalyst for growth. Embrace it, and watch yourself bloom." ~ Kristianne Wargo 2. Cultivate Mindful Eating Habits: Many of our food choices are driven by comfort, seeking solace in familiar flavors and textures. To break free from this cycle, practice mindful eating. Take a moment to savor each bite, paying attention to the colors, tastes, and textures of your meal. By being present during meals, you can cultivate a healthier relationship with food and make conscious choices that nourish your body. "Food is not just fuel—it's a reflection of how we care for ourselves." ~ Kristianne Wargo 3. Seek Support and Accountability: Stepping out of your comfort zone can be challenging, but having a support system can make all the difference. Surround yourself with friends, family, or a coach who can encourage and hold you accountable on your wellness journey. By sharing your goals and progress with others, you'll create a network of support that motivates you to strive for better. "Together, we are stronger. Lean on your tribe and let them uplift and guide you." ~ Kristianne Wargo As you navigate the delicate balance between comfort and growth, remember that transformation begins when you dare to step outside your comfort zone. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness!" ~ Kristianne Wargo Embrace change, cultivate mindful habits, and seek support to propel yourself towards a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle. "True growth lies in the discomfort of change. Embrace it, and watch yourself thrive." ~ Kristianne Wargo When you are ready to escape the rhythm of comfort, that's when you reflect the comfort of change." ~ Kristianne Wargo "Be present. 3439 Do Something Radical

Just because life throws you lemons doesn't mean you have to catch the sourness of life. Enjoy the sweetness of life when you make your own lemonade—do something radical! Maybe you're stuck in a routine or season that has you hanging out with your excuses more than the possibilities. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co Just so you know-- You're not alone. That feeling of being stuck, caught in a rut, or uninspired is real for many of us. Maybe you're wanting a change of pace. Maybe you're yearning for more excitement or want to feel your heart come alive. But here's the thing—oftentimes, we settle. We settle for mediocrity. However, I'm here to remind you that it's time to shake things up. It's time to break free from the mundane and do something radical. "Don't let the fear of the unknown keep you from exploring the possibilities." ~ Kristianne Wargo Step outside of your comfort zone. Now, you might be throwing back a little resistance because you don't want to go off the beaten path. Feeling that hesitation and apprehension is normal. Do something radical anyway! Because remember, it's often in those moments of uncertainty that we discover our greatness in the making. But you have to be willing to take that next step. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness!" ~ Kristianne Wargo The K.I.S.S. ~ Do something radical! Imagine a life where every day is an adventure, where every decision you make brings you one step closer to your dreams. That's the beauty of doing something radical – it opens up a world of possibilities that you never thought possible. Whether it's starting a new hobby, taking a spontaneous trip, or pursuing a long-held passion, embracing the unknown can lead to incredible growth and self-discovery. As renowned author Mark Twain once said, "Twenty years from now, you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do." So what if you were to take those risks and follow your heart? Do you think it could stir up the passion and create your now that would have you smiling? Now that doesn't mean it won't come with good and bad adventures. The thing is, though, it will be an adventure. So, the next time you feel the tug of complacency creeping in or you feel stuck and uninspired, remember that you have the power to change your story. "Be the change for yourself!" ~ Kristianne Wargo Challenge yourself to do something radical, something that sets your soul on fire and lights up your spirit. Embrace the unknown, step out of your comfort zone, and feel the magic within. So go ahead, break free from the ordinary, and dare to do something radical. "Life is too short to play it safe. Take a leap of faith and soar on wings like eagles. Create your now!" ~ Kristianne Wargo Your extraordinary life starts with that next step. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3438 You Can't Stay Here

In a world where limitations often feel like roadblocks, it's easy to get caught up in what we can't do. The endless list of "you can't go there" or "you can't achieve that" can cloud your vision. But you can't stay here! Where are you right now? What are you battling in your mind? What conversations keep coming up for you that lead you to a mental war with yourself? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co Are you one who is all about the next step and ready to take A.I.M. on what you know to do? Or are you hanging out with your self-doubt, your lack of confidence and enthusiasm because of what the rumble under others' breaths is telling you? Getting real with yourself is the first step to understanding where the hangup is. What if you shift your perspective and focus on what you can do right now? What if you embrace the power of choice and take a step forward, no matter how small it may seem? If you find yourself grappling with uncertainty and doubt about your current circumstances, it's time to reevaluate your mindset. What are you telling yourself? Instead of dwelling on what you can't do, let's explore what you can do to pave a new path. The K.I.S.S. ~ Do what you can now! Create your now!! But it's unfortunate that our dreams and goals get tossed aside to make room for complaints and the continuity of excuses. Where did your age play a part in your success? Where did your money make you more successful? When did an excuse propel you forward? The list goes on and on. You get to make a choice to move forward. You get to rise up to the challenge that you are made for more. So what's stopping you? Once you can grab ahold of that excuse, then you can take the next step. 1. Embrace Gratitude: Take a moment to reflect on what you already have and express gratitude for the blessings in your life. By shifting your focus to what you are grateful for, you can cultivate a positive mindset that empowers you to make bold decisions. For example, instead of lamenting about your long work hours, appreciate the opportunity to learn and grow in your career. "Gratitude turns what we have into enough." ~ Kristianne Wargo 2. Set Clear Goals: Define your aspirations and establish tangible goals that align with your values and ambitions. Break down your goals into achievable steps and create a concrete plan to make progress towards them. For instance, if you dream of starting your own business, outline specific milestones such as researching your target market, developing a business plan, and launching a marketing strategy. "Goals give direction to our dreams." ~ Kristianne Wargo 3. Cultivate a Support System: Surround yourself with individuals who uplift, inspire, and encourage you to pursue your dreams. Seek guidance from mentors, friends, or family members who believe in your potential and provide constructive feedback. Connect with like-minded individuals who share your passions and can offer valuable insights. "Your circle should want to see you win. Your circle should clap the loudest when you have good news." ~ Kristianne Wargo It's essential to break free from the confines of "you can't stay here" and embrace the possibilities that lie ahead. By practicing gratitude, setting clear goals, and nurturing a supportive network, you can make the conscious choice to move forward and create a life filled with purpose and fulfillment. "The power to choose is within you. Choose to step into your greatness. One step at a time leads to miles of greatness!" ~ Kristianne Wargo "Be present. Be incredible. 3437 Answer God's Call

"Do not come any closer," God said. "Take off your sandals, for the place where you are standing is holy ground." (Exodus 3:5) Just as Moses, are you willing to answer God's call? Then he said, "I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob." At this, Moses hid his face, because he was afraid to look at God. (Exodus 3:6) Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co How many times have you been in the presence of God and hid your face? How many times have you heard from God what you're supposed to do, but you hesitate with every possible excuse (i.e., too old, not enough time, not enough energy, not the right person, etc.)? Excuses can lead our day in the wrong way, especially away from God. And I don't think most of us really think of it as running away from God. But if we're honest, it's just that. The story of Moses serves as a poignant reminder that God's plans transcend age and expectation. At 80 years old, Moses received a divine call to lead the Israelites out of Egypt; it's never too late to answer when God calls. For many believers, discerning God's call can be a daunting task, it can be exhausting and confusing. The busyness of everyday life can drown out the divine whispers, leaving us questioning if we are truly aligned with God's will. It is during these moments of uncertainty that we must turn to prayer, seeking clarity and guidance in our journey. "God's call may not always make sense to us, but it is our faith and trust in Him where the journey continues forward." ~ Kristianne Wargo These words remind us that sometimes the most profound callings are the ones that challenge our assumptions and push us beyond our comfort zones. As believers, it is our duty to remain receptive to God's voice, even when the path ahead seems unclear. The K.I.S.S. ~ Answer God's call! Reflecting on your own life, when was the last time you felt called to something greater? How did you respond? Did you embrace the opportunity with open arms, or did you shrink back in fear and self-doubt? God's call is not always convenient or easily understandable, but it is up to us to have the faith and courage to answer when He speaks. Through the story of Moses, we are reminded that God's timing is perfect, and His plans for us are beyond our comprehension. Whether we are young or old, experienced or inexperienced, God can use us in remarkable ways if we are willing to trust in His will. As you navigate your own journey of faith, remember the example set by Moses. Let us be open to God's call, even when it defies our expectations. For it is in answering His call that we truly find purpose and fulfillment in our lives. Why not step out in obedience and trust God, just as Moses answered the call at 80 years old, knowing that God's plans for us are greater than we can imagine. Don't miss your burning bush. If God is willing to take a chance on you, don't you think you should take a chance on yourself? Answer God's call. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3436 Never Accept The Odds

When two people stand at the altar and exchange vows, the last thing on their minds is the possibility of becoming just another statistic. If you ever thought breaking up was in your cards, never accept the odds. As you know, relationships require effort, dedication, and a willingness to beat the odds. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co "It's easier to not work on something than it is to make the changes for it to work." ~ Kristianne Wargo Many couples face challenges in their marriage. Rather than accepting defeat, it's crucial to take proactive steps to strengthen the foundation of your relationship and increase its security. You can beat the odds! The K.I.S.S. ~ Beat the odds! One way to beat the odds is by actively listening to your partner. Communication is key in any relationship, and truly hearing what your spouse has to say can foster understanding and empathy. For example, setting aside dedicated time each day to have meaningful conversations can deepen your connection and prevent misunderstandings. As Kristianne Wargo notes, "Listening is more than hearing words; it's understanding the heart behind them." Another essential component of a successful marriage is prioritizing quality time together. In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it's easy to let precious moments slip away. By scheduling regular date nights or engaging in shared activities, couples can reignite the spark and reinforce their bond. Simple gestures, such as preparing a surprise dinner or planning a weekend getaway, can demonstrate your commitment to nurturing the relationship. Moreover, practicing forgiveness and letting go of grudges is essential for overcoming challenges in a marriage. Holding onto past resentments can create barriers to true intimacy and prevent healing. By acknowledging mistakes, expressing remorse, and offering forgiveness, couples can move forward with a clean slate and a renewed sense of purpose. As Kristianne Wargo wisely puts it, "Forgiveness is not a weakness, but a strength that mends hearts and restores love." In conclusion, never accepting the odds means taking proactive steps to strengthen your relationship and build a secure foundation for the future. By actively listening, prioritizing quality time, and practicing forgiveness, couples can overcome obstacles and create a lasting, fulfilling partnership. Remember, as Kristianne Wargo reminds us, "Love is not a destination; it is a journey that requires dedication, effort, and unwavering commitment." So, the next time you feel the odds are stacked against you, choose to rewrite your story and create a love that defies statistics. "Be present. Be incredible. 3435 Let Go Of Blame

Sometimes, parents can bring about the heaviness of failure when it comes to how well it's going for parenting. But if you don't allow yourself to fail, you will never see the other side, love. Let go of blame! As parents, we often find ourselves walking a fine line between supporting our children and losing ourselves in the process of raising them. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co The pressure to be perfect can be overwhelming, and when things don't go as planned, it's easy to fall into the trap of blame. But what if you shifted your perspective and embraced the idea that it's okay to fail? By letting go of blame, we open ourselves up to new possibilities and deeper connections with our children. In the words of Kristianne Wargo, "Failure is not the end, but the beginning of love." Embracing this mindset can help parents navigate the challenges of raising children without losing sight of themselves in the process. The K.I.S.S. ~ Let go of blame! Here are three things parents can do to support their child without losing themselves in the journey of parenting: 1. Practice Self-Care: It's essential for parents to prioritize their well-being and mental health. Taking time for self-care activities such as meditation, exercise, or hobbies can help parents recharge and show up as their best selves for their children. What if you gave the world, and specifically your family, the best of you instead of what's left of you? 2. Set Boundaries: Establishing clear boundaries with your children allows you to maintain a sense of self while still supporting them. Boundaries help create a healthy dynamic and teach children about respect and understanding. Psychologist Dr. Brené Brown emphasizes, "Daring to set boundaries is about having the courage to love ourselves even when we risk disappointing others." 3. Seek Support: Parenting is a journey best shared with others. Reach out to friends, family, or a therapist for support and guidance. Connecting with other parents can provide a sense of community and validation that you're not alone in your struggles. In the words of author Brene Brown, "Connection is why we're here; it is what gives purpose and meaning to our lives." In conclusion, letting go of blame can be a transformative step in the journey of parenting. By embracing the ups and downs, practicing self-care, setting boundaries, and seeking support, parents can support their children while staying true to themselves. Remember, as Kristianne Wargo says, "Failure is not the end, but the beginning of love." "Be present. Be incredible. 3434 Fight To Win

It's so easy to get in our own way that all we can see is our faults, failures, and flaws. If that is the set of lenses you wear, how can you see anything else? Fight to win! You have got to get beyond your own self. You have to get out of your own way. Don't fall into the trap of fear of moving forward, to take a chance, to jump even higher. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co You can't predict what will happen daily, but you can choose how you respond to what comes at you. I played basketball in high school-- but that was in P.E. class. I was not on any team, just in the class, because it was required. Now, the only sport I really liked was ice skating, so you can imagine my lack of enthusiasm to play anything, let alone basketball. One day, the ball came at me so fast that a blink would make anyone miss. There I was, the one who had her hand not placed to receive the throw, and my finger was broken. As a musician, this was devastating. I could feel all the goals and dreams I wanted begin to slip away. But the fight came when I decided to win by navigating my way through the detour. Did you know you can play an open-hole flute with a splint on your ring finger? I made the choice to figure out how to survive the fall and fight to win! The K.I.S.S. ~ Fight to win! Are you doing what you need to do in this season of life? Are you having those tough conversations first with yourself and then with those who need to have them with you? You can keep moving forward when the walls around you are crumbling. So what are you waiting for? What is really holding you back? What can you do today to impact tomorrow? And don't give me the song and dance that says, "You're too busy or you don't have time." I've been on that train many times before. And if you choose to stay on that train, you will take all of your dreams and bury them with you when you're six feet under. But at this moment, you can make a decision that will turn the tide. You can calm the chaos in your head and focus on the next step in your heart so you can fight to win. Let's get real and raw! What really matters that deserves your attention? In other words, where are you going to fight to win? "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3433 Mind Your Margins

Living a healthy lifestyle is more than just a goal; it's a commitment to yourself, a promise to prioritize your well-being each day. When you choose to mind your margins in the method that serves you well, there you will discover freedom. In a world filled with quick fixes and fad diets, the true key to lasting health lies in the concept of "minding your margins." Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co This philosophy focuses on the core pillars of wellness - diet, exercise, and sleep - and emphasizes the importance of consistency, balance, and sustainability. And think about it. We should not be afraid of boundaries. Just because you should or should not do something doesn't mean you coward to a way of living that defeats your quality of life. Dr. Mark Hyman, a well-known functional medicine expert, advocates for a holistic approach to health that goes beyond simply diet and exercise. He highlights the significance of mindset in achieving overall wellness, underscoring how our mental attitude and beliefs play a crucial role in our physical well-being. "Your body is a reflection of your lifestyle. Healthy bodies are the result of healthy living." ~ Dr. Mark Hyman The K.I.S.S. ~ Mind your margins! To truly mind your margins and cultivate a lifestyle that nurtures your health, consider incorporating these three key practices into your daily routine: Nourish Your Body: Focus on consuming whole, nutrient-dense foods that fuel your body and provide essential vitamins and minerals. Incorporate plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats into your meals. As Dr. Hyman advises, "Food is medicine. What you eat can either harm you or heal you." Move Your Body: Regular physical activity is vital for both your physical and mental well-being. Find activities that you enjoy, whether it's dancing, hiking, yoga, or simply taking a brisk walk. Exercise not only helps you stay fit but also boosts your mood and reduces stress. Prioritize Sleep: Adequate rest is often overlooked but is crucial for overall health. Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night to allow your body to repair and rejuvenate. Creating a bedtime routine, minimizing screen time before bed, and ensuring your sleep environment is comfortable can all contribute to better sleep quality. Remember, living a healthy lifestyle is a journey, not a destination. By minding your margins and focusing on sustainable habits, you can create a lifestyle that supports your well-being for the long term. As you embrace these core principles of wellness, you'll not only look and feel better but also cultivate a mindset of vitality and resilience in the face of life's challenges. Living a vibrant and healthy lifestyle isn't just a trend - it's a daily choice that empowers you to be the best version of yourself. This holistic approach to health, encompassing diet, exercise, and sleep, doesn't just transform your body; it nourishes your mind and spirit, too. "Mind your margins embracing the journey of nourishing your body, mind, and spirit. Every small, positive choice you make is a step towards a healthier, happier you." ~ Kristianne Wargo "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3432 Done Is Better Than Perfect

When you're constantly seeking perfection, the pursuit of flawlessness can be exhausting. The impossible standards and endlessly tweaking your work and goals become a life of ideals. Shift your perspective; done is better than perfect. What are you waiting for? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co The perfect day. The perfect weather. The perfect marriage. The perfect house. The perfect bank account. The perfect kids. The perfect career. The perfect life! But what if we shifted our perspective and embraced the beauty of imperfection? What if we let go of the need for everything to be perfect and instead focused on simply getting things done? "Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection, we can catch excellence." - Vince Lombardi We live in a culture that often equates success with flawless execution. However, the reality is that perfection is an illusion – an unattainable goal that can leave us feeling frustrated and overwhelmed. In our quest for perfection, we may lose sight of the joy of creation and the satisfaction of completion. The K.I.S.S. ~ Create your now! "Have no fear of perfection - you'll never reach it." - Salvador Dali As we navigate the ups and downs of life, it's important to remember that perfection is not the ultimate goal. Instead, focusing on progress, growth, and perseverance can lead to greater fulfillment and satisfaction. By embracing the mantra "done is better than perfect," we can free ourselves from the shackles of perfectionism and allow ourselves to simply do our best in the moment. "Progress, not perfection." - Unknown That's what we're headed for. Are you? Life is a journey filled with twists and turns, successes and failures. Rather than fixating on achieving perfection, choose to celebrate your accomplishments, no matter how small. Each step forward, no matter how imperfect, brings you closer to your goals and dreams. Done is better than perfect. Create your now! Remember, the creative process is inherently messy. "Art is never finished, only abandoned," said Leonardo da Vinci. This notion can free you from the prison of perfection. Accepting that there will always be a few rough edges allows you to release your work into the world, where its value transcends its imperfections. As Kristianne Wargo once said, "Embrace the journey, celebrate the progress, and remember that done is better than perfect." So, the next time you find yourself hesitating, paralyzed by the fear of imperfection, remember that getting things done – even if they're not flawless – is an achievement in itself. Embrace the process, trust in your abilities, and take pride in what you have accomplished. Because in the end, done is better than perfect. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women?
