Today’s conversation is with Professor W Keith Campbell. Keith is Professor of Psychology at the University of Georgia's Franklin College and an author. As a well-known social psychologist, Keith has conducted extensive research on personality, narcissism, and self-esteem.  Narcissism is a term we see used daily on social media and in the news media, but what does it really? Expect to learn about the three different kinds of narcissism, what role genetics, upbringing and environment play,  and how possible it is to treat or manage narcissistic behaviour. You’ll also hear about what personality traits can lead to positive life outcomes, the negative impact, the  3 S’s, and what Keith has learnt about narcissism and the explosion of social media in the last 15 years. Rob’s turbulent upbringing and time in the military before studying at Yale gives him a unique perspective about social class, beliefs, human nature, and social psychology. Today’s conversation is with the Stoltman Brothers, Luke and Tom. Luke and Tom are the Worlds Strongest Brothers from Invergordon in the highlands of Scotland. Expect to hear about how both Luke and Tom got started in strongman, how strength training has supported Luke’s wellbeing and Tom’s confidence throughout their adult lives, and what the early days of training and competing was like before the brother started to make their mark on the world stage. Both brothers have won at the very top level now with Luke winning Europe’s Strongest Man in 2021 and Tom winning Worlds Strongest Man in 2021 and 2022. But this did not come without years of focus, development and improvement. That is the part of the story that we really get into and you’ll learn a lot of about the mindset work and training that has taken place to unlock both their potential and build the Stoltman Brothers legacy. The exciting part is that these two still have more they want to achieve both in strongman but in the business and online content creation space.
