What I learned from 40 days of Meditation | Deja Blu EP 59

After finding myself falling short in aspects of my life - I decided to go to Sadhguru's Ashram to figure it out. What I found there was deeper than anything I could have ever expected. For so long, I had been overriding the mundane, and was unable to commit to anything. After the retreat, I began practicing 2.5 hours of meditation for 40 days straight. Now, on day 39, I reflect on all that I have learned along the way. Realizing that I actually don't want to go back to the way things were, and that devotion is an every day practice that will extend far beyond these 40 days. If you feel the call, join in on the 40 days of Devotion! Check out my Instagram below to see the highlights from the 40 day challenge. We are getting raw, we are getting real, and we are getting back to the truth that has inspired me on Deja Blu Podcast from day 1. A lot of the path of self development is calling oneself out on ones own bullsh$t and here I am, in front of you all, calling myself out and then calling myself forward in a big way. I share this with the prayer that you receive some inspiration into your own lives - here making the planet more beautiful one breakthrough at a time.
