Are you struggling with self-care? I don’t know about you, but I’ve been grinding my butt off this past year. I’ve found myself working even harder in the pandemic as I’ve been having difficulty separating work from home. I’ve really been neglecting my self-care, and I know I’m not alone. It’s so important to make sure you take good care of your body, mind, and soul everyday, not just when you get sick. Learning how to master your environment, create a routine, eat right, reduce stress, exercise regularly, and take a time-out when you need it are touchstones of self-care that can help you stay healthy, happy, and productive.  Practicing self-care isn’t always easy. Me-time is usually last on the agenda.
