After the arrest of a green-card-holding Columbia graduate, President Trump said it's the "first arrest of many to come." Now immigration officials have detained and arrested Rumeysa Ozturk in Somerville, Massachusetts, a Turkish graduate student at Tufts University with a valid student visa. Ozturk has been forcibly transported to detention in Louisiana.
