Today, Shane O’Brien and Scottie Upshall are bringing you a very special episode of Missin Curfew dedicated to our family, our friends and fellow Canadians who are going through unimaginable difficulties the country has dealt with as a result of the worldwide pandemic. As proud Canadians from Ontario and Alberta, The fellas want to bring the country together and get Canada back to the way they grew up in. They carry a great deal of pride for their Country and this podcast is not about politics and whether you are on the left or the right, it is about the freedom of the Canadian people and their unity together. The Fellas are pleased to be joined by former Canadian NHL players, Theo Fleury and Kris Versteeg. Theo and Kris share their opinions on the state of the country right now, as well as the current Freedom Convoy headed across Canada. They share stories of struggles and triumph within the country and talk about the importance of mental health for all Canadians. They engage in discussion on what we can do to protect our children and our young Canadian athletes and most importantly they talk about freedom of choice and using your voice! This episode is about family, mental health, pride and what it means to be a Canadian. This episode may not be what you are typically used to hearing if you tune it to our show, we hope you can listen with open ears and an open heart so that we will all be unified as Canadians again soon.
