Micah from Oh, Sleeper is a big believer in collaborative group effort. His band Oh, Sleeper is an example of a very high functioning group. The members are all hyper specialized both in the creation of the music, recording and production, business, customized light show and live production and much more, but Micah's main passion is the creation process, building abstract worlds and writing.  This fuels Oh, Sleeper’s album concepts, but Micah's dreams are well beyond that and he now is looking to spread his wings beyond the band and explore the world of creative writing with the same enthusiasm that gets a rock group started.
