49. How to Influence Others with Tremendous Integrity with Fernando Valencia
Fernando Valencia, the man who created his first million-dollar business at the age of 21, is now the co-founder and Chief Co-Creation Officer of Unblinded Mastery.
He's been on his entrepreneurial journey since he was 13 years old and has built a multimillion-dollar business with Unblinded Mastery in the last seven months. Fernando knows that he is doing people's vocation wherein he likes to say it as 'rewriting the way human beings see themselves and how they see each other on this planet'.
Before this, Fernando said that his journey, like others, had ups and downs and he made many mistakes to the point where he broke his own integrity.
When he was a lot younger his family truly struggled to pay some of the bills, and as a result it led him to get a job at a young age, making $5 an hour by developing films. His 6 hour job turned into an hour when he made a process on how he could do it faster and more efficiently and was able to sell it for $100 making him realize that he could generate sales from the concept and change the trajectory of his family's life.
Even though Fernando experienced financial struggles with his family at a young age, he made a commitment to himself. That commitment was to thrive and be successful, no matter the circumstance. He said that was his pivotal choice to creating a resilient mindset. His goals allowed him to continue and persevere.
Now, as the Co-Founder of UNBLINDED, which stands to end suffering because the #1 pain that exists for most people is the inability to take someone they can help from "HELLO" to "YES." Whether you have a transformational product, service, or mission, it is critical to help people see what they don't see about YOU, and your mission. This is his mission!
The formula for Unblinded Mastery is integrity-based human influence and it has moulded him to what he is today. As Fernando said, "Everyone can build their own business because there are millions of ways on how it can be executed especially with the technology these days. You just have to really know what your goal is and what you are doing..."
Listen now as we speak about:
•How to wisely generate sales/money and how to save time doing it.
•What contributed to Fernando's success and how his experiences moulded him to where he is now.
•How your mindset can either make you grow or make you fall.
•Important life lessons especially his values and the importance of falling in love with what you are doing.
•The fundamental concepts of Unblinded and how it started.
•How fear stops us on anything and how to take risks and start the first step to achieve success.
•Why self-mastery is important.

47. How You Can Transition from Corporate 9-5 to a Freedom CEO with Lauren Tickner
Join me as I chat with Lauren Tickner, CEO and founder of Impact School and the woman who helps business owners implement systems to increase sales and change lives.
Lauren, in her younger days, had spent her time working in a corporate job that she quickly came to realize that it was not the thing she wanted to do - that the time and effort she was spending on her work was unfulfilling and that she didn't see a future for herself.
Before her success, Lauren overcame an ample of adversities in her life. One of them was when she went against the grain and wanted to focus on lifting weights, although it was widely interpreted that you could not get skinny because of lifting, she went on to do it anyways...
So she started her fitness journey with an aggressive fitness regime which at the time resulted in some struggles because of the state of her lifestyle then, and as a result, she started having panic attacks everyday.
She wanted to know anyone who's in the fitness industry that can help her create an optimal understanding and eventually she was able to help others. This created the idea within her that she can make an impact. From there on, Impact School was born.
Ultimately, it transitioned into a business. From a very dissatisfying corporate job to having a business where she can live her passion and help others while fulfilling her goals and dreams.
In this episode, she also talks about how it is more important to have her values show up with her team than with her clients. She said that what she shows her team will be the exact same thing her team will show to her clients. So, serve your people, she said. If you can't serve others, you shouldn't be in a business model.
Listen now to hear more about her experiences from personal to business, from failing to growing and getting to that high-level success with her team and clients.
"Think of every problem you encounter with your clients as an opportunity to learn, grow, and develop." - Lauren Tickner
Hear her talk about:
•The idea and vision behind Impact School
•How she took a big leap from being in the Finance Department to the Entrepreneurial journey.
•How she realized that being in a corporate world is not made for her.
•Dealing with anxieties and social problems.

•How to have a positive mindset and how to re-establish the level of awareness

44. How to Build a Business Around Your Passion with Chris Gronkowski
Entrepreneur and former-NFL fullback, Chris Gronkowski, and what has led him to go from play pro-football to starting his entrepreneurial journey.
His top tip - you better have a passion for whatever you do. You need to have an element of resilience because it's a rollercoaster of a ride and if you don't love it then you are going to give up on it.
He shares how he turned his side hustle into his business, Ice Shaker, that marked the start of his journey to the entrepreneurial side and he advised that people should do it as well. His idea of Ice Shaker started when he tried to seek out a shaker cup that would keep his drinks cold with the convenient easy-open pop-top lid.
He wants to help those people who had the same problem as him and he found out that a lot of them were looking for something similar to it. That's the reason why he stepped up to the business side of things together with the help of his wife and brothers.
And what really drove him to where he is today was his passion, hard work and the teachings of his parents. He said there will be a lot of struggles and pressure along the way to success but you should be ready for that in order to attain that success.
As Chris says, don't let this whole COVID lockdown negate you. So many great things will come in your way if you'll look at it positively, strive for it. So, if you really want to get it, push yourself to thrive and take this opportune time to accelerate, in business or personal growth.
What he talks about:
•How Covid-19 helped him go back to his roots by giving him the chance to give more value online by adding workouts and healthy recipes to his audience.
•How he transitions as a football player to a successful entrepreneur and the story behind his product.
•Tips to accelerate your business in times of pandemic.
•Resilience, teamwork and hard work is the road to championship/success.
•How to be more productive by planning out your day-to-day rather than wasting your time staring at your computer screen thinking of what to do next.

43. How to Live as Happy and Abundant Entrepreneur with David Meltzer
Today, I am speaking to the man who wants to empower over 1 billion people to be happy, David Meltzer. He shares his journey that has led him to live his most happy life.
He says, to be resilient, you have to be used to being stuck - and being stuck means that you are growing.
He suggests people take the time and ask themselves, "What do I want to experience in my life today?" His philosophy is, the more he receives, the more he gives. A key lesson he learned in his life is to never ask the universe.
He has learned how to identify where he gets in his own way and how he is able to now identify his ego, which he calls the Ferocious Buddha. He is on a mission to stop getting in his own way and creating multiple problems for himself. Learn how he identifies to stop these obstacles that he used to allow.
David shares the three different worlds of an entrepreneur - not enough, just enough for yourself (don't need to impress people) and abundance. He says he allows things to come through with an appreciation. You need to have the capability of seeing your growth and acceleration.
You need to have faith, humility and trust to stay consistent and in persistent pursuit of your potential during your journey as an entrepreneur. Don't lose patience and faith and just enjoy the journey along the way.
What he talks about:
•How growing up with a single mom and 5 siblings led him to wanting to create happiness for his mom and the unbelievable "what" of wanting to be rich, which evolved into the relationship of helping other people find their "what."
•Understanding where your "what" comes from.
•Why he focuses on empowering one person at a time.
•What is the Ferocious Buddha?
•Why he adds so much value and do it with the ultimate appreciation.
•Tips to truly enjoy your journey as an entrepreneur.
•What is GOYA and how it will change the way you live your life.

42. How to Work Like You're Broke and Remain in Student Mode for Massive Success with Sashin Govender
That is what The Millionaire Student, Sashin Govender, lives by, it's his motto for success.
Coming from South Africa where each person's monthly income is about $300, Sashin became one of the youngest multi-millionaires at the age of 24 and has started 20 businesses. He has proven that dedication, hard work and resilience can be attributed to success that will leave a lasting impact. Make sure to listen to the full episode to understand some of the crucial steps you can take to achieve all the success you want, while leaving a lasting legacy.
If you're just starting out in business...
Sashin says you need to have zero emotional attachment - not just to things but opinions from others. You cannot get attached to validation and acceptance from others. When you expect something in return, you're always going to be disappointed. He says, you're either going to catch the trend very early or you're going to do it better than everyone else.
It starts with studying 3 to 4 hours a day and then actually implementing what you are learning. It's about going from student to teacher, while always remaining curious to continually learn. It's remaining in student mode in order to maintain and sustain millionaire status.
When people think success is owed to them. No one owes you anything.
You're going to fail more than you succeed, but it's all about that one shot that comes your way that will make it all worth it. If you're sitting around waiting for something to change, you need to take action now and execute your plans and everything you have learned.
Learn, absorb and apply because execution is key.
What he talks about:
•Why he attributes his personal development to much of his success and how the first mindset period of development could be the hardest for you, but why it's the most important.
•The importance of starting off your companies, and running them, with the right intentions and with constant positive thoughts.
•He answers the most popular question, "How do I become a millionaire?"
•Creating something that was generational wealth rather than "his money" so he can be a messenger for hope, fate and desire.
•His thoughts about the educational system. How he was able to learn from the schooling system, but also his self-assurance he would be fine without it.
