Roger Tattersall, AKA Tallbloke (he's 6'8"), is a qualified engineer and a graduate of the history and philosophy of science. He's been interested in the climate debate since Jim Hanson testified to congress about the danger of CO2 emissions in 1988, and has been watching and commenting on developments ever since.
