Jody Wilson-Raybould (also known by her Kwak’wala name, Puglaas) is the independent Member of Parliament for Vancouver-Granville. A lawyer by profession, she was a provincial Crown prosecutor in Vancouver. She was also the BC Regional Chief of the Assembly of First Nations and a two-term elected Councillor for the We Wai Kai Nation. In 2015, she became the first Indigenous Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada. She was named Canada’s “Newsmaker of the Year” by The Canadian Press.

Tom Davidoff is the Director for the University of British Columbia (UBC) Centre for Urban Economics and Real Estates at the Sauder School of Business.
