“When change happens, you have to believe in yourself that you can work with that change.”
Everything changed for me when I attended my first national. I saw leaders attending and teaching from stage. And they created a vision for me.
You have to constantly learn in our industry. I get excited when I meet people from different cultures because I love learning their culture. I have an international business and I feel like I have traveled the world through a handful of women from different cultures that I have work with.
Change paralyzed people. It makes them back off, abandon their dreams and they look elsewhere. My personality is that I think change is good, change is growth.
To get customers in a health care business, you have to be visible. You have to carry your product with you all the time and let people ask you what it is.
Who is Jan Bloom?
Jan Bloom is a multiple six-figure earner who was the first woman in North America to reach the rank of Double Diamond in her company.
Jan loves helping women who have no business background and especially women of different cultures. She’s built global teams and not only is she known as Jan Bloom, but she has given names in Chinese, Korean, Nigerian, Spanish and Indian.

Stay Loyal to yourself and winners never quit, and quitters never win.
If you want to know how I got where I am, I got to where I am saying and doing what everyone else was thinking. So don’t think about it, just do it.

“Posture is when you see yourself as leader even when you have not made any money yet.”
My challenge at the beginning was that I was doing more and more in my network marketing business, majoring in the minor things, until I found out about Purpose Driven Networkers and the DMO.
I joined coaching because it is better to model someone who knows where he is going instead of failing on my own.
Part of success in network marketing is that you have to go out there and reach out to people who are at the right place at the right time.
The biggest thing I learned from coaching is posture. See yourself as a leader even though you have not made it yet.
This is not fake but faith it and see yourself as a leader.

DMO Heroes Richard Lin has been in network Marketing 5 months. He was born and raised in Taiwan, then moved to Canada and studied Sociology at a university.

Who Is Darin Kidd?
In Network Marketing, it takes 90 day to figure out what you are doing, a year to get the basics and another year to get good at the basics.
Don’t just go through challenges, grow through them. We get paid based on the size of the problem we can solve.
Success people are no very far ahead of unsuccessful people on the things they do daily, only 1% compounded over time which makes all the difference.
They don’t always feel like staying to their commitments, but they do it anyway and always show up.
One of the common mistakes distributors do about recruiting is that they see it as an event. Recruiting is a process about trying to help someone and you build a relationship.
The Secret to recruiting is simple and it is three things:
More exposure; say less to more people
Follow up; have the right posture for follow up
You work with the willing; match people’s energy for energy
The most important skills are being consistent, and persistent and keeping a good attitude. If you are missing one of those you will have a hard time.

“Everything rises and falls with leadership”
To be successful in network marketing, there are two things you have to be good at; goal setting and leadership.
SETTING WEEKLY GOALS
It is human nature to procrastinate. We are not self-motivated naturally, all we want to do is to rest and sleep all day.
The only time we are motivated is when we are under pressure. We like to do things last minute which is why we must create deadlines and set goals.
One of the reasons why Go DMO prospecting sessions in Purpose Driven Networkers works so well is because of the timer we have. It prevents you from overthinking and overanalyzing.
So create artificial deadlines. Whether your company pays you bi-weekly or monthly, you must have weekly goals.
Saturday is usually a good time to plan out your week and it saves you time and gives you direction when you do that.
There are four steps to follow when you set goals:
Set small goals that are easily reachable and winnable.
Set DMO targets. The DMO is the only thing that makes you money.
Plan out your prospects by writing their names down instead of wasting time trying to figure out who to talk to while doing your DMO.
Set the volume target, not only your personal production but your team production.
LEADERSHIP
Leadership is so important to be successful in your network marketing business. But you only become a good leader after repeated practices and making so many mistakes.
To grow as a leader, there are three things you can do today:
Do what scares you
Go out and make mistakes
Set the example
