On today’s show, we are asking some questions to get us thinking about conflict in a helpful way. What does conflict bring up internally for us and What do we do when we are overwhelmed with the feelings that surround conflict? We not only take a deep dive into what we feel when conflict arises but also how to see others in the conflict and how it affects them. When we interact with each of our relationships we are not just interacting with the person, but also with their story and their woundings. Today we are covering the topic of one of the eight primary emotions, anger. Anger reveals what matters to us- both good and not good. Anger becomes a warning signal, compelling humble people to look inside to identify what emotion they are experiencing and why. Fear? Hurt? Sadness? Resentment? Anger is possibly the most important feeling we experience as emotional and spiritual beings because it is the first step to authentic living. It shows our yearnings and hunger for life. When we teach our children to accept the word no, we give them a gift to help them as they mature into adulthood.
