Dr. Easley preaches on the ramifications of the resurrection on this Easter Sunday morning. Jesus rose from the dead, "just as he said." His word is good. Do we believe him at his word? Citing historical, biblical, and primary sources, Dr. Easley shows that the resurrection was confirmed by prophecy and eyewitnesses. Lastly, nothing matters without the resurrection!

Preaching from Matthew 26:36-46, Moe Proctor shows how God revealed the cup of his wrath to Jesus on Thursday night in the garden. Jesus wrestled with God through literal blood, sweat, and tears, knowing how bad it was going to be. And in submission to the Father, Jesus said, "Not my will, but yours." The decision was made in the Garden of Gethsemane, and then Jesus got up and walked it out in Golgotha.

Dr. Michael Easley finishes preaching through the book of Philippians by examining Paul's final greetings to the Philippian church. Paul reminds the church that giving glory to God needs to be our main concern. He charges believers to choose joy in all their circumstances, no matter what. 

Preaching from Philippians 4:14-19, Dr. Michael Easley explores Paul's commendation of the Philippian church in their giving with a clear reminder that stewardship can be a barometer of one's spiritual condition. Giving spreads the gospel and profits the giver with spiritual rewards that far outweigh any earthly gain.

Continuing through the book of Philippians, Dr. Michael Easley preaches on chapter 3, verses 17-21. Paul encourages believers to follow his example as one who lives for Christ. Reminding believers to follow godly examples and be a godly example to others, Paul warns of those who walk as enemies of Christ. And as his final reminder, Paul reminds the believers to live with their heavenly citizenship in mind; live as though you want to see Jesus' face.

Wayne Wolf preaches from Acts 2:42-47. The fear of the Lord starts the process of obtaining wisdom. How does the believer gain wisdom? Using the example of the apostles, Wayne lays out how believers can gain Godly wisdom through devotion to God's Word, fellowship with other believers, the breaking of bread, and a posture of prayer.
