In this week’s episode, I had a discussion with Richard Robbins, an experienced real estate coach and market expert. Although the market continues to change, one element that stays the same is there are always opportunities you can take advantage of. There are so many people waiting for the perfect opportunity to invest, but they’re wasting the opportunities out there today. Inflation is a silent killer, and if you’re not a part of the market, you’re guaranteed to miss your chance at making it work for you.

It may not be as glamorous as active investing appears to be, but your well being is worth more than that. Any time spent in the market is time well spent.

In this week’s episode, I have a deep conversation with Neil Desouza, following his journey through the world of real estate. Like him, there are so many people in the world who stand frozen in time, too scared of the possibility of failure to ever make the move that could potentially change their lives. The first step in overcoming that fear is believing that you can, along with the challenges you’re going to face. Regardless of where you’re starting, there is always going to be more to learn. Whether you’re at the bottom of the ladder, or you’re already halfway to the top, all you need to do is believe that you can succeed in order to start climbing.

In this week’s episode, I’m lucky to reintroduce you all to a very special guest we’ve had once before, Alfonso Cuadra. When we last spoke with him, he’d mentioned his goal, and since then, he’s gone above and beyond in crushing that goal. We all know where we want to be in life, but if you’re not willing to execute, no amount of dreaming is going to get you there. There’s always room to learn, but you need to also be willing to put those lessons into practice. Invest in yourself, lock onto your target, and start moving towards it.
