Today I share something personal about how my own OCD has been showing up in my business and how observing my own obsessive mind using ERP and IBT has been helping me to stop the OCD cycle.
Inference Based Therapy is a metacognitive therapy for OCD. The goal is to help a person understand how their reasoning errors lead them into their OCD bubble of imagination. And all of it starts with obsessive doubt.
