Welcome to the Multi-FAMILY zone podcast, where business meets family. The hosts of the show, Julia and Gino Barbaro, have been married for over twenty years, and have six children.    Julia homeschools the children, and recently became a marriage and life coach to help couples become better communicators and help enrich their lives.  The couple is constantly asked about how they balance their entrepreneurial and real estate journey while raising their kids. Ashley Wilson, and Kyle Wilson are the Co-Founders & Co-Owners of Bar Down Investments, LLC, and have almost twenty years of combined real estate experience.  Specifically, they have been involved in over $30 million of multi-family properties consisting of over 450 units in Texas and Ohio.  Ashley & her father, Tom, also have a very successful high-end flipping business in Pennsylvania, HouseItLook LLC, which handles several million in transactions annually.  Kyle is a PA licensed realtor, and handles all transactions for HouseItLook.   When the Wilsons are not building their business, they enjoy spending time with their family, including their two daughters. Dylan Marma and Mike Taravella interview Bruce Wuollet, the founder and the current owner of Bakerson. Growing up in the bakery business in the Twin Cities in Minnesota, Bruce wanted to pay homage to his now late father; hence the name “Bakerson”. After trying his hands in a few different ventures in Minnesota, Chicago and Phoenix, he finally found his passion in real estate. He has a proven track record of success throughout Bakerson’s 16 years in business with thousands of individual units bought, repositioned and sold. Bruce has overseen all aspects of the business including operations, acquisition, project leadership, equity fund management, property specific syndications, legal, finance and more. His focus is finding good deals while his passion is serving the residents by providing them with one of their basic human needs – shelter. Welcome to the Movers and Shakers podcast. This weeks guest is Vince Gethings. He is the owner of Villanautics, LLC and co-owner of Tri-City Equity Group, LLC based in Midland, Michigan. They specialize in using creative financing to acquire under-performing multifamily properties that can be repositioned to increase the NOI. Currently, we own and manage 72 units. Has been Active Duty Air Force since 2006 were he currently serves as a Career Assistance Advisor stationed at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. Vincent has been investing in multifamily real estate since 2016 and handles market research, underwriting, due-diligence, strategic planning, negotiations for the company. Additionally, Vincent has a passion for financial education and routinely mentors groups and individuals on budgeting, investing and reaching financial independence. Furthermore, he is a senior at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University were he is pursuing a Bachelors degree in Aeronautics.
