The Stollery Children’s’ Hospital Chronic Pain Team and the ECHO research team at the University of Alberta have created an innovative ebook to help children and families who have chronic pain. The book, titled “Learning to live with chronic pain: one family’s story” tells the story from the mother’s perspective on the family journey to accessing care from a chronic pain clinic. The book has been very well received by both families and health care providers, and reviews for it are positive.
