This week, we are sitting down with the amazing Ingrid Duque, an engineer and real estate investor with extensive knowledge on residential and commercial real estate underwriting and investing.  Ingrid was born in Cali, Colombia, and moved with her family to the United States when she was only ten years old.  As an immigrant that did not speak the language, she faced multiple challenges at school but worked hard to overcome them.  She became financially independent before the age of 30 through her 7-figure real estate portfolio, and she currently travels the world while continuing to invest in real estate.  On the personal side, she is an avid ultra-marathon runner, hiker, and world traveler that enjoys spending time with her spouse, Hector, and aussiedoodle, Ahri. But this isn’t all! In 2021, thanks to her contributions in the nuclear power field, Ingrid was featured in the book Hispanic Stars Rising: The New Face of Power as “Hispanic Leader to Look Out For.” She is a super successful entrepreneur, and this is just the beginning. This week, we will be sitting down with the brilliant Pamela Bardhi, a real estate developer and investor. Pamela immigrated to the US from Albania when she was only five years old. She’s always had an entrepreneurial spirit. In fact, she dipped her toes in the business world pretty early in life, at the age of ten, when she worked in her family’s small pizza shop in Boston. By the time she was twenty one, Pamela had already started not one but two restaurants. Shortly after, she bought her first ever single-family home to flip.
