However, a health crisis at 23 led to a diagnosis of ulcerative colitis and a subsequent life-saving surgery. Despite conventional methods, his mental health struggled until a chance encounter with a video by Mikhaila Peterson led him to the Carnivore Diet. This evidently led to the resolution of his depression, helping him regain control of his life.
