Send us a textOn this episode of the Ones Ready podcast, the team sits down to go through the latest changes to the fitness test entries which used to be known as the Physical Assessment and Standards Test (PAST), but is now known as the Initial Fitness Test (IFT).  Then while you're in the Special Warfare Candidate Course you'll have to take the Candidate Fitness Test (CFT) which is significantly different than the IFT.  Then we go into the annual fitness test that you'll be required to take when you're operational.  This test is called the Operator Fitness Test (OFT).  This is similar to the CFT, but with more difficult standards.  The podcast is a way for us to give back, serve each one of you, and build our community up with the most educated and well-train members.  Please enjoy the episode and give us your feedback.
