Juggling a million tasks, striving to ensure everything runs smoothly. Constantly worrying if everyone around us is okay. As moms, it's a heavy burden we carry. The relentless pressure to bear the responsibility for everyone's happiness and well-being is well…exhausting. In this episode I talk about not taking on the burden of making sure everyone and everything is okay, why moms have a hard time figuring it out and how we can do less while contributing more. Now, before we go uprooting everything and making huge changes, we really have to check in with ourselves first. In this episode, I talk about whether you should tweak or move onto something different. If you don't know what to say past a certain point, that's a really good indicator that this isn't a long-term pivot for you. -Dana Malstaff 3 Things You'll Learn in This Episode -Know your North Star How do we tell the difference between tweaking what serves our higher mission, and needing to make a big change? -Why you're itching to pivot Will a pivot make you happy in the long-term, or are you jumping the gun because you're excited about a new area of interest? -Start small Before we make massive changes, what should we try first?
