Created and run by police officers across the country, D.A.R.E’s goal was to educate children about the dangers of drugs and alcohol, particularly the legal danger. There was everything! The catchy jingle, the mascot, and even a children’s choir. But, it was also missing a few things, like any research-based methods and practices. Carvana itself says that 80% of their buyers use Carvana as a financer. Here's the problem with that. They offer securitized subprime autoloans, subprime meaning high risk (no or little credit). Then they sell these debts to investors, offloading them.
