Kevin and Thom today on if the Terry McLaurin saga is wearing people out and killing the excitement about the upcoming season. The guys discussed the value appreciation of the Commanders since Josh Harris & Co. purchased the team two years ago. The team ranked 10th among Sportico's NFL team valuations and 15th overall for all sports. Plenty on Ben Standig's suggestion that Brian Robinson Jr. might not be on the opening day roster and more on Jayden Daniels' broken rib.

Kevin opened by responding to Steve Young saying that Jayden Daniels "has the potential to be the face of the NFL". Lots on John Keim's story today on ESPN.com about the reasons for the standoff between Terry McLaurin and the Commanders. Fred Smoot joined Kevin to talk training camp standouts and a lot more including the player he things will surprise this year.

Kevin and Thom today with a lot of follow up on fan concern over Washington's dismal preseason performance against the Patriots. Jayden Daniels was ranked as a "Tier 2" QB by a panel of 50 NFL GMs, former GMs, and coaches around the NFL. The boys also talked about the Jon Gruden/NFL case that had a major ruling in the Nevada Supreme Court yesterday. Thom with more on his report from over the weekend that Mike Rizzo was actually fired because he wouldn't fire Davey Martinez.

Kevin in with a short recap of Washington's 48-18 loss to the Patriots in the preseason opener for both teams. Commanders' defensive tackle Johnny Newton joined Kevin from the locker room in Foxborough. Kevin responded to the latest news on the Terry McLaurin situation on the show as well. 

Kevin and Thom today respond to the report from ESPN's Jeremy Fowler that Terry McLaurin wants $32 million per year and the Commanders have only offered $23 million per year. Thom thinks the possibility of a trade has increased. The boys talked about the increased intensity of media coverage around Washington this summer which came to a head during yesterday's joint practice in Foxboro with the Patriots. Aiden Hutchinson, the Nats, Thom's World Series winner prediction, and the 80's Orioles all a part of today's show. 

Kevin opened with whether or not fans are getting exhausted with the Terry-Commanders contract negotiation and who that favors. Mitch Tischler/Beltway Pod jumped on from Foxboro with his observations of the Skins-Pats joint practice. John Ourand/Puck News was a guest to describe the ESPN-NFL Network deal and whether or not it might revive Washington's old name (Redskins). 

Kevin and Thom today opened with their annual discussion on "Training Camp" fan declarations before turning to the on-going stalemate between Terry McLaurin and the Commanders. The boys gave their predictions on the outcome. Then they both reacted to Jayden Daniels admitting that he played last year with a broken rib against the Bears in the "Hail Mary" game. RFK reaction from the guys today since they didn't get to it last week before sharing details of their recent vacations and finishing with a Happy Birthday to Riggo!  

Kevin is back and recapping all he missed while away last week. The opening segment is all about the Terry McLaurin situation which escalated into a trade request late week. Ben Standig jumped on to talk about the most impressive performers in camp so far and look ahead to the first preseason week which includes a joint practice with the Patriots on Wednesday and then the Commanders' first preseason game on Friday night. Kevin finished up with the Nats' record-setting series with the Brewers, Terry's place in the Top 100, Jayden Daniels' comments on the McLaurin situation late today, and a first-ever on college football's opening weekend.
