It has long been accepted that time as we know it, or at the very least in the sense that we experience it, is not what it seems.There are two accounts of alleged time-slips that took place in Britain in the 1950s. Writer and long time member of the society of psychical research Andrew MacKenzie, documented both the events, in his 1997 book Adventures in Time.
