His appeal as a public speaker makes him one of the most prominent voices in the anti-vaccination movement. Bigtree's film debuted in 2016. The movie, its promotional bus tour, and funding from the Selz Foundation quickly established Bigtree as an important voice of a re-energised American anti-vaccination movement. He has since spoken at multiple anti-vaccine events, where he repeats information about the risks of vaccines and alleges governments are engaged in a vast conspiracy to hide the truth. Bigtree is the public face and chief executive of the anti-vaccination group Informed Consent Action Network, with Lisa Selz as its president. Under his leadership, ICAN promotes the theory that government officials have colluded with the pharmaceutical industry to cover up grievous harms from vaccines. Bigtree hosts a regular stream webcast, in which he frequently repeats anti-vaccination conspiracy theories, such as that the virus responsible for the 2019–20 coronavirus outbreak was made in a laboratory. The webcast is promoted by ICAN and often features Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

John Danaher is widely regarded as one of the most important Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coaches of his generation. John Danaher is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) black belt under Renzo Gracie and an instructor at Renzo's academy in New York City, who is widely regarded by within the grappling community as one of the best coaches of his generation. Praised by some of the prime figures in combat sports such as mixed martial arts (MMA) guru Greg Jackson and Jiu-Jitsu legend Vinícius Draculino for his knowledge and teaching capabilities, Danaher is best known for his work with athletes such as Georges Saint Pierre, Garry Tonon, Gordon Ryan and Eddie Cummings known among BJJ fans as the Danaher Death Squad (DDS).

Kirk became politically active during high school. In his junior year of school in 2010, Kirk volunteered for the successful U.S. Senate campaign of Illinois Republican Mark Kirk. In 2012 when he was a senior at Wheeling High School, Kirk wrote an essay for Breitbart News alleging liberal bias in high school textbooks leading to an appearance on the Fox Business Network. Charlie founded Turning Point USA. At the 2012 Republican National Convention, Kirk met Foster Friess, a Republican donor, and persuaded him to finance the organization. Kirk addressed the 2016 Republican National Convention. In an interview with Wired magazine during the convention, Kirk said that while he "was not the world's biggest Donald Trump fan," he would vote for him, and that Trump's candidacy made Turning Point's mission more difficult. The Dallas Morning News described Kirk as leading the "millennial assault" for Donald Trump's 2016 presidential campaign. Kirk wrote the 2018 book Campus Battlefield: How Conservatives Can WIN the Battle on Campus and Why It Matters. In 2018, Kirk praised Kanye West for getting involved in politics and advocating for President Trump. Later that year when Taylor Swift endorsed a Democrat in the Tennessee Senate race, Kirk condemned her endorsement and told her to "stay away from politics." In May 2019, Charlie Kirk was awarded an honorary doctorate from Liberty University, a private evangelical Christian university co-founded by Jerry Falwell. In July 2019, Kirk became Chairman of Students for Trump and launched a campaign to recruit one million students for the 2020 Trump reelection campaign.

He has been interviewed in countless documentaries aired on PBS, A&E, Discovery, The History Channel, The Science Channel, and The Learning Channel. His two TED talks, seen by millions, were voted in the top 100. Dr. Shermer received his B.A. in psychology from Pepperdine University, M.A. in experimental psychology from California State University, Fullerton, and his Ph.D. in the history of science from Claremont Graduate University.
