Larry is the embodiment of a noble badass. He's real. He's hysterical, heartfelt, humble and heroic. Wow. Four h's ;-) That just flowed out of me after our amazing conversation where I learned what really matters... first his code word with his wife for sex... (this will help you if you have a house filled with kids like they do xox) and I learned about the most terrifying and humbling event in his life... AND how it made his soul and his marriage stronger.  I respect Larry for his heart felt courage, for his deep appreciation of his wife, for his vulnerability and humor with his kids, for The Good Dads Project he leads supporting men in 5 main areas of their lives. Sherri Nickols joined us on Brave, Bold, and Raw as a bonus addition to a spectacular program. I wanted to share my own personal experience working with Sherri ---------- Sherri is so loving, kind, clear and tender… in our session she showed me where I wasn’t willing to receive. As we dug deeper it wasn’t so much a worth issue, it was a core SAFETY issue. She got it and took me through a powerful series of clearings to come to peace in my being. She held space with unwavering love. While I had the courage before to ask for things, that blind spot of not feeling safe would somehow block people from saying yes to me. Now I am asking as before, yet the answers are coming back in my favor professionally and personally… I am truly able to receive more than ever before. As you all know, we had our wonderful, intimate interview with the great, Betsy Chasse. Who you also know from Brave, Bold & Raw! She is really one, amazing woman! She is truly extraordinary beyond belief. She is a prime example of a woman who wears multiple hats and does it so incredibly well. She is a real role model for anyone who has to play multiple roles within their life. We had a BLAST talking about Spiritual Porn, Motherhood, Empathy, Dating and loving ourselves through this thing called life! Betsy shared about her journey with the concepts of empathy, unconditional love and how to be non judgmental, which is something we all have difficulty doing at times. We discussed, in depth, on how to love others and ourselves. We laughed, shared, swore (a lot!)… It was really an inspirational conversation with a woman who walks her talk. India.Arie tells us that she has never been better and is living a new stress-free life after going through some hard times, but she’s BACK! She shared that she began releasing pent up “toxicity” from carrying negativity and fear of other’s and once she began to heal, she realized how much she “never knew she didn’t need to fear”. Having that spiritual awakening has helped her to start anew and live the life her soul intended for her to live. She has such a beautiful soul! Then we discussed loving ourselves, stretch marks and all… and how self love, adoring our body, being at peace in our sexuality and checking inside yourself before making decisions or taking action… is the key to being Brave, Bold & Raw! I’m sure you’ll agree that India’s music moved you, that her velvety voice inspires you, that her lyrics resonate with you. Yet to hear her talk woman to woman, to hear her up bringing, to hear how she took time to go inside and until there was clarity, didn’t take action again... what courage and faith. Allana's Getting Your Brave On Coaching Practice: India went to Hawaii to a volcano as a ritual to ask for guidance... yet it wasn’t until she returned and looked in the mirror that she truly surrendered that everything is as it should be. Stop forcing. Be here now. Trust in the process. Listen. Rest. Where might you be pushing, trying hard to get a result, unwavering action until you get the solution, when in fact grace might arrive if you let go, if you be still, if you listen, if you trust all is as it should be right now, and love yourself non judgmentally right now. After 19 yrs of being an intimacy expert, I am thrilled I waited this long to interview the amazing John Gray. I could get him deeply. We went through this amazing tantric energy exercise which I could FEEL and which brought TEARS to my eyes. I understood what he meant by hormones running the show. I have lived what he spoke of with making love to the cosmos in my body. I understood what he spoke of with women in our masculine hiding our insecurities and making our worlds out of balance.  I felt deeply what he meant by transcending past neediness yet still owning that we require those we can depend on, that me time and selfish time are healthy self sufficiency.  I agreed that we are responsible for our own happiness. And it touched me to no end as we both welled up with tears that he still makes love to Bonnie through the cosmos, that they are ONE, that we are ALL One. Quick Coaching Practice: Put a notebook and pen by your bedside table. Write a simple question and put it under your pillow such as... Please give me clarity about X. or Please bring me wisdom about X. or What is my sore back trying to tell me? or Tell me what I need to know about my relationship with X. or I’d like to lose weight with ease and fun, what's possible? Then, intend to remember your dreams. Then, the moment you wake during the night to go to the bathroom or first thing in the morning, review your dreams in your mind three times, then immediately write it down. Kelly has a great book "I Had The Strangest Dream" which is a dream dictionary and you’d be AMAZED if you do this for a straight week, the insights you will have... try it for the rest of your life and you’ll be tapped into your subconscious letting deep wisdom guide your beautiful journey.
