I can't imagine what it takes to be a full-time family law litigator, own your own practice for 40 years, then get multiple coaching certifications and show up with such zest for life and joy for being alive... while simultaneously beginning to understand that feeling doesn't happen in the mind, it happens in the body... and that there are no feelings that are wrong or bad, that we aren't wrong or bad, that all feelings are a beautiful part of Being Human. I loved this gift of connecting intimately with Sharon in this intimate conversation space to put all the pieces together of how this journey has been the perfect complement to her spiritual evolution. It was amazing to reflect back to her that it wasn't just the use of medicine, it was HOW we used the medicine to keep her in her body, and how this wasn't a group Journey... it was one-on-one. Trauma occurs in relationship and healing occurs in relationship. She was able to move through hopelessness, self-hatred or panic... so many intense emotions and trust that her with my facilitation making her feel safe, to bring her home time and time again. She's gloriously blossoming into a woman able to be even more present, unattached to the outcome, clear with what aligns and lights her up, brave to let go of people, systems and structures that no longer fuel her Soul's purpose. She's still as successful, healthy and beautiful as ever, yet there's also a new glow and radiance emerging that wasn't there when we started, a playfulness and ability to receive the moment without needing to know what happens next. She's able to acknowledge with humility what a powerful being of light and inspiration she really is. When's the last time you remember being absolutely free, unabashed, unapologetic, letting life flow through you in complete joy, rapture and fulfillment? I love this woman! Who knew both of us would cry so much!? Tears of gratitude, being moved that the 'work works'. We shared how the depth of safety we experience in our bodies now is magnificent  compared to when we were trying to control outside circumstances to be good enough, pretty enough, safe enough, chosen for a job, chosen by a man... how glorious it has been to watch Kristina after her divorce, integrate old wounds and fall madly in love with herself.  In this vulnerable delicious conversation we also discussed ... Her pride in her daughters for owning their value and how she gives them space to grow, fall, and get back up again. Her gratitude for the lessons learned from every man in her life, leading to external and internal forgiveness, awakening her internal Noble Masculine. How delicious, sensual, juicy, beautiful, and alive she feels in her sacred erotic connection to her body and its capacity for joy, pleasure, and surrender. OK why is it that I lose my shit and cry my face off with grateful happy tears every time I talk to these two? I loooove them. Oh my God how I love this woman! How inspiring to listen to her story from dating dud's desperately, to not only meeting the love of her life, yet having to be patient, surrender and continue to double down on falling in love with herself... until he finally said, why don't you move in, babe. :) How inspiring to see how doing this deep intimacy work also gave her the clarity and courage to leave corporate and thrive as an entrepreneur giving her unique gifts and continuing to expand her talents in her consulting practice.
