Faith that Grows Up - Pastor Naeem Fazal
“With Jesus, nothing hurts” isn’t a Christian promise. In fact, Jesus warned that in this world, we will have trouble. His brother James gave further instruction on what to do when it happens. This message on James 1 will help you investigate your trials so you can do what God has shown you, even when it’s hard. Because aging happens all on it's own, but growing in maturity takes your participation.
For the next 5 weeks, we’ll go through the book of James, 1 chapter per week. We’d love to have you join us by reading the chapter on your own during the week so we can study it together. If you don’t have a physical Bible, you can access a variety of translations through our Mosaic Church CLT app.

The Danger isn’t Sin - Pastor Naeem Fazal
What if the greatest danger to your faith isn’t sin, but aiming for the wrong target? The Hebrew word for sin means to “miss the mark” but there’s a chance you’re missing it simply because you’re aiming for the wrong one.
Busyness can blind you to what God is doing in your life when it keeps you from seeing the people God wants you to serve in love. This message of Matthew 25 will help you see who (and what) mattered the most to Jesus because there is margin in your time for the relationships that matter most.

Growing Mental Margin – Pastor Naeem Fazal
It’s easy to be overwhelmed by all the things that are present in the world. An echo of external voices creates noisy thoughts. An overstimulated heart can cause us to operate in shallow emotions. Crowded schedules leave no room to breathe or rest. But God wants you to weed out the things that are choking all the good that He has for your life.
In Week 2 of Margin, Pastor Naeem uses the parable of the sower to show you how to declutter your thoughts, quiet the noise, choose what gets your attention, and become the kind of soil where something lasting can grow. You don’t need more hours in the day — you need more space in your mind, heart, and soul.

How to Hear God in a Busy Life - Pastor Naeem Fazal
God saved you once. Don’t live your life just waiting for him to save you over and over again. That limits your perception of God and how he can move in your life.
In week 1 of Margin, Pastor Naeem uses the story of Mary and Martha in Luke 10 to show us what it looks like to trade what’s good for what’s better. When we confuse urgency with importance, we get distracted by good things - even ministry worthy things - that fill up our minds, hearts and time. But God wants to speak to you in the margin. How can you make room for what matters most?

The Naked Truth - Pastor Mike Smith
Instead of shame and judgement, could Christianity be known for grace? Pastor Mike uses Mark 14 to show us how even the people closest to Jesus needed his grace when they neglected, betrayed and abandoned him. If you’re in need of a spiritual check-up, this message will show you how to follow Jesus (again or for the first time) by accepting the grace that’s always freely given to you.
And, you probably missed it, but this also the story of a streaker who ran right past Jesus in the garden...
