Apostle Paul is reminding us that The Father is always for us. Even when it looks impossible, we can rest in His promises. They are all “yes” and “amen” in Christ.  The promises are not dependent on our ability to perform. The are based on the limitless love, forgiveness, favor and blessing of Christ Jesus.  Focus on the promises (not dwelling on what it looks like presently) and new life will start to flow out of you. He will do exceedingly abundantly beyond what we can think or ask.
