A Lesson In Resilience My method for getting back on the horse   Are you ready for a lesson in resilience? You may be looking back at the year and feeling a little discouraged.  Don’t worry! I’ve dealt with that feeling a time or two, myself.  In fact, I have a process for getting myself out of the slump and I’m going to share my secrets with you this week.  Before you start listening, share this episode with friends because odds are, if you’re going through something they are too. There is something I couldn’t let go unsaid so be sure to listen out for that in the first minute of the episode.  I REALLY want you to hear it, receive it, and believe it.
