The Culturally Informed Strengths Podcast highlights the stories of California State University (CSU) faculty members who are part of the CSU Alliance for Graduate Education and the Professoriate (AGEP) Alliance for Diversity & Strengths of STEM Faculty, funded by the National Science Foundation (Grant #1916056). The program takes a culturally informed, strengths-based approach to coaching newly hired faculty in STEM-based fields.
