253: Showing Up Consistently vs. Disappearing From Social Media: The Real Impact

In today’s episode, I talk about the ebb and flow of leveraging social media. Meaning – the periods where you show up consistently and create a lot of visibility and relevancy for yourself… And then the periods where you pull back, do less, and aren’t prioritizing your visibility as much. What does it all mean? What’s the impact? And why do we judge ourselves so much when we’re not following the perfect content creation plan every single month?  As someone who has most definitely been on top of my game – on fire creating content – and then, basically disappeared for months on end… I’ve seen the impact of this on my business firsthand. So, today – I’m going to share about what happens in those contrasting scenarios and what you can do to “get back on the horse” so-to-speak. Inside, I offer three powerful tips that will help you enjoy the process of creating content again – and remind you why social media is a vital piece of the business puzzle. I hope it also gives you permission to regularly pull back and take breaks – because we all need it!   To submit your question, visit the show notes.   Follow Me On: Facebook Instagram

246: Staying Connected to Your Purpose In a Chaotic World

In today’s episode, I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge how heavy, overwhelming, and horrifying the events in Israel and Palestine have felt for all of us. It can be hard to know what to do in situations like these – when the world seems to be falling apart, when humanity feels lost, and we’re over here safe, comfortable, and able to fully live our lives. Running a business. Growing a business. Promoting a business… All of it can feel trial and meaningless, and you might be wondering, “Is it ok for me to still actively do the work I love, to share my message, and offer my expertise?” In this episode, I offer my thoughts on how to do both things: Continue to run a business so that you can earn what you need to live your life Continue to pray for and donate to the people in deep suffering in abroad I also offer guidance around how to pull yourself out of a despair spiral as It relates to times like these as well as when you’re facing something much more minor like COMPARISON. My hope is this solo episode brings you a bit of clarity on how to move forward and still follow you’re soul’s work – in the way that feels most aligned to you.   To submit your question, visit the show notes.   Follow Me On: Facebook Instagram
