120- Interregnum
After Aurelian's death, Marcus Cluadius Tacitus briefly reigns before Probus becomes emperor. Tacitus seeks justice for Aurelian's murder and deals with German tribes. Probus focuses on achieving peace and stability, but faces opposition. Probus is overthrown by Marcus Aurelius Caris. Caris plans for his sons and the empire transforms under General Diocles.

119- Restitutor Orbis
Aurelian defeated the breakaway western provinces and reunified the Empire in 274 AD. The next year he was assassinated by officers who had been tricked into committing murder.
