Why cutting volume short but keeping intensity high is a more effective practice strategy Using analogies for running posture: marinate puppet vs. military posture Why is "elbows behind hips" a great place to start with fixing running posture? Why is foot strength important to running? Myth-buster alert: Training on an unstable surface is not an effective strategy in strengthening ankle and foot Injuries in kids (knee pain, back pain, etc) that could have been avoided "All professional athletes take time off from sport, and are good at multiple sports." How playing other sports helps a child to develop skills that will make them a better over-all athlete 80% of athletes who play collegiate sports played other sports in high school "Single sport athletes are more likely to get hurt later on in life."
