Strategies to Address Negative Self-Talk in Neurodivergent Children
In part one, Katelyn and I talked about how neurodivergent children often experience more criticism, shame and correction which can lead to negative self-talk. Examples include "I'm bad", "No one likes me" and "I can't do anything right". Negative self talk can contribute to anxiety, depression and more.
