In this episode host Belle Osvath CFP®, speaks with LTC Specialist Kelly Augspurger CLTC ®, CSA, about her structured approach to having the long-term care conversation with clients. She advocates steering the conversation away from the possible loss of independence and instead shift the focus to the ability of the client to potentially protect their family from hardship.
